How to play Rashid in Street Fighter 5

Rashid is a highly mobile rushdown character.

In neutral Rashid can play a safe game using his projectile, and poking with cr.MK.
When your opponent uses a unsafe move in neutral you can instantly punish then with Eagle Spike.

With his V-skill, divekick, wall jump, high walk and run speed and fullscreen Eagle Spike there’s no place on the map Rashid can’t reach.

Use his V-skill to cancel his normals and heavy Whirlwind Shot so you can keep applying pressure until your opponent in willing to reversal, after that you can simply block after ending a blockstring to bait out the reversal and punish with a CC combo.

Rashid’s defensive game is also nothing to laugh at as he has access to a proper reversal and his V-Trigger functions as a wall from which you can safely apply pressure with eagle spike.
